Just over €21,000 has been raised for charity from the efforts of the ‘Wrap It Yellow’ for childhood cancer fundraising campaign.
The initiative ran throughout the 2025 silage season and saw €4 donated to the two chosen charities for every roll of yellow silage bale wrap sold.
These yellow bales raised awareness of the initiative and members of the public could also donate to support the campaign.
The monies raised were donated to the following two charities:
The cheque presentation took place at the famous red door at Barretstown Castle. It was attended by representatives from the two charities as well as from the fundraising partners.

The Yellow Wrap was manufactured by Trioworld and the charity initiative was led by Rhino Products.
