A mixed breed show and sale of bulls took place on Saturday, March 8, at the Showgrounds, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Roscommon.
A cattle breeder from Co. Cavan secured the top price of €9,000 at the February Show and Sale in Carrick-on-Shannon on Saturday, February 8.
It was a bull sired by Hf Rebel 53Y that took the-top price at the Midland and Western Livestock Improvement Society’s first event of 2023.
