Huge crowds of exhibitors, farmers, machinery enthusiasts young and old and contractors flocked to the Spring Farm Machinery Show in Co. Cavan this week.
The two-day event took palace on Wednesday, February 4 and Thursday, February 5, and remains a key industry event for exhibitors, farmers and agri-machinery contractors in the region.
The event sees long-established exhibitors return on an annual basis.
It also features new companies on the scene showcasing their latest offerings in the line of farm machinery solutions, animal housing and health solutions as well as the latest agri-tech and agri-related services.
Taking place indoors at the Cavan Equestrian Centre, the Spring Farm Machinery Show is an event where industry stakeholders congregate over two days to spot the latest trends, connect with industry personnel, grow their contact networks, and prepare for the season ahead.

The event organiser is AJS group and its managing director Andrew Short said that the 2026 edition of the show has been the "largest yet, featuring full exhibition capacity and more machinery brands and product launches than ever before."
There were over 90 companies exhibiting at this year's event in Cavan.
Attendees could find everything from lawn mowers to tree shears, as well as from forage harvesters to robotic milking machines, fencing supplies and everything in-between.
In addition, the latest models of the top tractor and machinery brands from across the globe are showcased at the event by suppliers in the region.
Locally produced machinery and implements also featured strongly at the event.

As well as a meeting ground, the event - along with the two other regional events in Millstreet, Co. Cork and Balmoral, Co. Antrim - serve as a barometer where farmers and contractors can see the latest innovations available to the industry to streamline farm and contractor work for the year ahead.
